What is the warranty on the system?

Q:  What is the warranty on the system?

A:  All components of the IS-IBC1® system are covered by a 12 month parts warranty and a 90 day phone support period.   The parts warranty period begins on the date the equipment is shipped from D.R. Joseph, Inc. to the original buyer of the equipment.  The phone support period starts with the first phone call from anyone regarding the installation and commissioning of the system.   Extensions of the phone support period can be purchased through the PASS program.
