Do I have to sign up for PASS if my equipment

Q:  Do I have to sign up for PASS if my equipment is less than a year old?

A:  No.  All equipment less than a year old is still covered under the DRJ warranty period.  However, once the warranty period has expired, you will need to sign up for the PASS Connect program or purchase Pre-paid Hours in order to get technical service.
