Performance Ultrasonic Sensors Provide Payback
The next generation in ultrasonic
sensor technology is here. New, fully digital sensors also
provide an analog signal to maintain compatibility with existing
IS-IBC1® systems. The new sensor replaces the familiar
three head assembly to provide an easy-to-install package.
The complete upgrade kit (shown here) provides all you need
to upgrade your existing system.

Controlled Sensor
The new sensors have completely sealed transducers providing
superior performance in an industrial environment. The sensors
also produce a more powerful acoustic pulse that provides a
much improved signal to noise ratio; even with bubble flutter
and air ring turbulence.
Sensor Manager
Allows up to Four IBC Sensors The new blue box is completely redesigned on the inside,
but maintains the identical physical dimensions on the outside.
This makes the upgrade process even easier! The sensor ports
are located on the left side of the panel. Simply connect the
number of sensors needed, set the internal jumpers, and the
system will manage the sensors. If a sensor fails or is disconnected,
the system will reconfigure to run with the remaining sensors.
Sensors can be installed with the power applied, eliminating
the need to stop the line to change a sensor.
